Thank you for shopping at Shell World E-Commerce. The following information is provided to you so that you may understand the terms and conditions of our online return policy.
If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, Shell World Website will accept returns and exchanges in its original condition accompanied with your sales receipt. Delivery charges are nonrefundable. Credit for merchandise returns will only be made in the original form of payment. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days. Please note exceptions below.
Exceptions:
- We can not accept returns or exchanges of worn, washed or used merchandise.
- Opened CD’s.
- Perishable food items.
Please note refund or exchange is for merchandise only. Does not include the original or return shipping charges.
To make a return: If you have an item you have purchased from us that you would like to return or exchange and it meets the above guidelines, please contact us at custmerservice@shellworldflkeys.com or 1-888-398-6233 so we can send you an authorization form to complete and submit with your return. If you are exchanging an item, please note that the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Please note all returns must be sent postage paid, no C.O.D.’s will be accepted. Please return your item to: (You must first obtain a return authorization)
